Service Description

A recent diagnosis or ongoing challenges with regards to school, learning and/or social situations may be leaving you feeling isolated, overwhelmed and somewhat frightened for your child and your family. We at Learn by Heart want you to know that you are not alone, and that we have the compassion, the expertise, and a deep understanding of education systems to help you formulate a plan and gain some sense of hope and control. Our individualised packages include a complementary, obligation-free assessment, further consultations to establish goals and direction, liaison with schools to bring everyone onto the same page about challenges and proposed strategies, and detailed learning and behaviour support plans. These packages generally take place over a school plan, and can be extended and enhanced where necessary.
